1) Can I change my username?
Currently you cannot change your username.
2) Why are some posts blurred?
By default, all photos shared by a user are public. However, the user who uploads the photo has the option to lock it. Public photos can be viewed by anyone visiting your profile, while locked photos are only visible to your current followers.
3) Is there any sort of chat or messaging system?
Currently, users can comment on posts. We're working on introducing a messaging system soon.
4) How do I get verified?
Our account verification feature is ready, but we're taking extra time to refine the process to ensure that only truly verified users receive verification status.
5) How do I get the founders badge?
Founders Badges were exclusively given for free to the first users who signed up for Playturnal. While they are currently limited, we may release more in the future.
6) Are there hashtags? Can we tag friends in posts?
Yes! Hashtags system is working and you can also tag friends in posts.
7) How do I disable or delete my account?
To delete or disable your account, tap the three dots in the top right of your profile, go to "Support," and select "Delete Account." Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
